About Me and My Practice

My experience enables me to offer effective outpatient, individualized, mental health support for individuals, couples and families. I provide supports around relationship issues, as well as coping with mood disorders, depression, anxiety disorders, grief & loss, managing life transitions, trauma, and addictions. 

My focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. Achieving this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan. 

I am fluent in both English and Arabic. 

I provide spiritually informed therapy from a Christian, Catholic and Christian Orthodox perspective UPON request.

I am trained in the following modalities: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT); Solution Focused Therapy; Narrative Therapy; Mindfulness ; Emotion Focused Therapy; Acceptance and Commitment Therapy; Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT); and Trauma Therapy. I am empathetic and passionate about accompanying my clients on their journey to mental wellness
